She has also written two natural history books for adults as well as many magazine articles. Artist Evon Zerbertz exhibits hfer hand-colored linocuts at galleries in Alaska. A graduate of Washington State University, she also studied art at Bezelel Art University in Jerusalem and Belles Artes in Mexico.
