Witnesses have reportedly seen mermaids that have been believed to be mixing in with the local tourist population. According to several sources, there may be a link between the two occurances that defies reality while dispelling facts. When a young mermaid makes an appearance on Jessica Summer's fishing dock, an adventure begins that goes beyond marshmallows and campfire stories.
