Range Rebel and Code of the Gun: Two Full Length Western Novels (The Wolfpack Publishing Gordon D. Shirreffs Library Collection)($12.99Value)

Description

Gordon D. Shirreffs, Spur Award and Owen Wister Award winning author, was a master teller of action-filled tales of the old American west. In Range Rebel , it was hell with the hide off, but Dave Yeamans had asked for it, sure enough. His very first day as top kick of the Double-W he’d had to take on Shorty Ganoe in a bloody fight men would be talking about in whispers for years to come. The very next day, he’d had a gang of them to face in a rip-roaring, blazing gunfight that eventually set fire to the whole darn valley, again leaving a mark folk would speak of for ages. In Code of the Gun : He was a lawman, yet they branded him a killer. Despite it all, he was dead set on clearing up the cattle-rustling mystery…whether or not he died doing it. The bullets would fly, blood would be spilled, and lives would be ended…but The Code would be upheld no matter what. “The joy of reading Shirreffs’ work is in his mastery of pacing and his tough, gritty prose.” – James Reasoner, author of Outlaw Ranger.
