The modular design lets you add units to the same run later, such as a lubricator or an additional filter stage, growing it into a full air preparation station. CLEAN, REGULATED AIR FOR YOUR AIR TOOLS - Traps water, dirt, rust, and pipe scale before they reach air ratchets, impact wrenches, blow guns, and nailers. The regulator holds the outlet pressure you set, so tools keep consistent torque and speed as air demand rises. Rated for 72 SCFM at 90 PSIG on 3/8" NPT lines. GUARDED POLYCARBONATE BOWL WITH MANUAL DRAIN - Water and sludge separated from the air line collect in the bowl, where a metal guard shields the polycarbonate while sight slots keep the level in view. Bleed the collected water and debris from the manual drain at the base of the bowl, and drain before the level reaches the lower baffle. When supply pressure is over 150 PSI, or if harmful solvents are present in the air line, we recommend the metal bowl version. Match the port to the flow your tools draw - 1/4 inch NPT is rated 35 SCFM, 3/8 inch 72 SCFM, 1/2 inch 175 SCFM, and 3/4 inch 180 SCFM at 90 PSIG. This is the 3/8" NPT version at 72 SCFM. A polycarbonate bowl with a metal guard keeps the moisture level visible, and a metal bowl with a sight glass is the heavier-duty option. Pick an automatic drain where the unit sits overhead or behind a machine guard and a daily purge is easy to forget, and a manual drain where the bowl is within reach.
