ERCuSi-A 3/32 Silicon Bronze Copper TIG Welding Wire 3/32" x 36" ERCuSi-A silicon bronze TIG (GTAW) filler rod, AWS A5.7 classification ERCuSi-A. Copper base with approximately 3 percent silicon. Diameter 3/32 inch (2.4 mm). Length 36 inch cut lengths. Shielding gas: argon. Typical current range 70-120 amps DCEN. Used on copper, silicon bronze and brass, on galvanized and coated sheet steel where low heat input is needed, on thin gauge carbon steel and auto body panels, and on ornamental metalwork. Clean the base metal of oil, oxide and coatings before welding. Store rods in a dry area.
