OTS Shorts are the warm-weather version of the Outdoor Tactical Pants. The shorter length does not mean limited functionality — we designed these tactical shorts to retain as many features and solutions as possible from the long version, for hiking, field work, and everyday carry in hot conditions. We made the shorts entirely from VersaStretch Lite, a four-way stretch fabric that keeps the properties of classic VersaStretch in a lighter, thinner form. The fabric's structure supports temperature regulation and wicks moisture, and a water-repellent coating increases resistance to dirt and light moisture. Instead of a button, the waist uses a hook-and-loop adjustment of up to 2.4 inches, with elastic tape at the back of the waistband enhancing the fit. Wide belt loops fit belts up to 2 inches, and the front loops secure small gear with a carabiner or cord. Ten functional pockets organize your equipment: front pockets with reinforced edges for clip-mounted gear such as a multitool or flashlight, two thigh pockets with YKK zippers for larger EDC accessories, two wide rear pockets with narrow inner pockets for small items, and accessory pockets designed with a phone in mind. Accessories and belt not included.
