It features a 1-3/4 inch fiberglass reinforced nylon sheave with a deep rope groove, heavy-duty zinc-plated steel side straps, self-lubricating composite construction that resists corrosion, and is designed for use with up to 5/16-inch diameter rope or wire. The split-frame design allows the antenna wire to be placed directly into the pulley without feeding the entire wire length through the sheave, making installation and maintenance significantly easier. Ideal for dipoles, Inverted Vees, loops, end-fed antennas, random wire antennas, and other wire antenna systems, it also serves as an excellent center support pulley for masts and towers or as an end support pulley used with counterweights on trees and other moving supports to help reduce wire and insulator breakage.
