Hazard class 1, division 1.4G placards meet DOT placarding specifications for explosives. Meets DOT 49 CFR § 172.519 (Placard Specifications) and 49 CFR § 172.522-172.525 (Explosive Placards) for hazardous materials identification. Removable placards are pre-printed with the word "explosives," hazard class (1) and division (1.4G). Up to 5-year substrate outdoor durability depending on preparation, application, geographic area and exposure conditions. Clean removability for approximately 6 months (depending on the substrate it is applied to and environmental exposure to UV and temperature). Adhesive will have a tendency to become permanent beyond 6 months. Hazmat placards measure 10-3/4" x 10-3/4" and are made of .0034" thick flexible vinyl film with removable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive backing and 90# peel-off liner. Designed for temporary applications with a service temperature range of -40˚F to +200˚F and minimum application temperature of +40°F.
