INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND CHARGING: For best success, use every day. 1.) Gently wash trays with a few drops of soap and water then rinse/dry thoroughly. Please don’t allow the base of the trays to get wet. 2.) Insert trays into mouth. Click 2X for Blue/Red Combo setting (gum issues). The lights will flood the whole mouth including teeth and gums that are not in the trays. For first session, leave in until autotimer goes off (10-15 minutes). If no sensitivity, you can leave in longer for next session. 3.) Remove trays, spit in sink. 4.) Wash and thoroughly dry the trays.
