89 MM (APPROX. 3.5 INCH) PRESSURE SENSITIVE CAP LINERS - Create a reliable seal for bottles and jars using these pressure-sensitive liners designed for 89 mm (about 3.5 inch) caps. Commonly used with wide-mouth mason jars, honey jars, spice containers, supplements, herbs, powders and cosmetic packaging. NO HEAT SEALING REQUIRED - Place the liner inside the cap and tighten the cap onto the bottle or jar. The liner adheres to the rim of the container and forms a seal after about 24 hours. TAMPER-EVIDENT BOTTLE AND JAR SEAL - Once applied, the liner sticks to the container opening and helps protect contents from leaks and contamination while giving customers confidence the package has not been opened. WORKS WITH GLASS OR PLASTIC CONTAINERS - Compatible with many bottles and jars that use 89 mm / 3.5 inch caps, including wide-mouth mason jars and other packaging containers for food, spices, herbs, supplements and powders CHOOSE LINER SIZE BY CAP DIAMETER - Measure the inside diameter of the cap. For proper application consider the following recommendations:

● Make sure your pressure sensitive liner size matches the jar opening.
These 89 mm (3.50 inches) seals are to be used with WIDE mouth jars
that measure 3 in (76 mm) inner and 3 3⁄8 in (86 mm) outer diameter neck size.

● Completely clean the jar top with clean cloth and alcohol to clear of liquid
and/or solids. Center jar seal on top of you plastic or glass jar, and apply. The white
side of the seal shall be facing down, the side with red letters shall be facing up.

● Screw metal or plastic cap on jar. Make sure the liner and cap are tightly secured
on the container.

● Once the cap is applied, it should not be removed for at least 24 hours
to ensure proper adhesion. Although depending on your application, the adhesion
process might take significantly less time.

● Seals can be used with glass and plastic jars and with lined or unlined caps.
These pressure sensitive liners are best for use with powder or dry products.

● Avoid overfilling your containers!

● Once seal is removed, it cannot be reapplied.

● Not suitable for applications containing oil.
