Tiny and powerful. Runs on 6 to 15 volts DC. Uses 4 watts at 12 VDC. Pumps 1.2 Gallons per minute at 12 volts with a 1.2 m head. Both ABS and PPS versions are rated Food Safe. Brushless design - pump is quiet, extremely durable, and can be disassembled by simply unscrewing the cap for cleaning or inspection. Submersible model comes with 1 meter (3.3 foot) long cord. High temperature model is manufactured from high performance polyphenylene sulfide thermoplastic and comes with a shorter 1.3 foot long cord. High Temp model should not be submersed. Recommended hoses: 5/16" ID inlet, 1/4" ID outlet. Inlet diameter: 10mm ( 7.5mm ID ). Outlet diameter: 7mm ( 4.5mm ID ). Weight: 40 grams. This is a centrifugal water pump. It will not self-prime (it cannot suck up air to get to water). Should not be run dry for extended periods of time. Small but powerful - only an inch in diameter and 1.5 inches long, but do not let the small size fool you - this pump is extremely capable for applications ranging from CPU water cooling to water fountains, aquariums, or industrial applications. Brushless design means no parts to wear out - the rotor/magnet duo spins on a cubic zirconia shaft that will not warp. Choose between an ABS submersible version if you plan on keeping it under-water, or a PPS high performance thermoplastic that can sustain big temperature variations and shock, including pumping hot water. Unique design allows the pump cap to be be unscrewed and disassembled for cleaning without any screws or tools.
