Description

Industry leading, professional All Weather Clapperboard kit, the same brand used by 2nd AC and Clapper Loaders on Motion Picture Film and TV sets Both the clapper sticks and acrylic board are made from ABS Resin, making this industry standard clapperboard durable in all types of weather Designed with a tongue and groove insert to allow for gripping marking tape when measuring distance, prevents light from coming through the sticks when in a closed position, and reduces side to side shifting on the sticks. Mark each acrylic slate with information for each scene including, Scene, Take, Roll, Director, DOP (Director of Photography) & Date Why use a Clapperboard?

The whole point of using clapper sticks is that, with sound and imagery being recorded separately, they give a visual sound reference. So, when the sticks are shut, at that exact point, the Editor can find the sound of the clap and the two are married up again.

Professional Quality

All of our Clapperboards go through rigorous testing on set. We rely heavily on feedback from users within the TV and Motion Picture industry to guide us on creating the best possible products
