WATER-SOLUBLE SUPPORT: PVA-based support filament that dissolves in water after printing, reducing the need to remove supports mechanically from hard-to-reach areas. FOR COMPLEX GEOMETRY: Supports enclosed cavities, internal channels, detailed overhangs, and other structures where breakaway support may be difficult to reach by hand. KEEP DRY WHILE PRINTING: PolyDissolve S1 absorbs moisture rapidly. Dry at 80°C for 12 hours when needed, store it sealed, and print directly from a dry box for consistent extrusion. After printing, place the part in water to dissolve the PolyDissolve S1 support. Dense support structures may require several hours to dissolve. Warm, moving, or frequently changed water can help reduce dissolution time. Actual results depend on support density, model geometry, water conditions, and the printed material. PolyDissolve S1 is highly hygroscopic and must be protected from moisture. For reliable extrusion, keep the spool sealed during storage, dry it at 80°C for 12 hours when moisture-related printing defects appear, and print directly from a sealed dry box whenever possible.
