[User Guide #1 Remelting Resin] Please check the color before use, warm the bottle at 140°F for an hour or 120°F for couple of hours. [User Guide #2 Post-curing] Post-curing by 20mW/cm2 395nm ~ 405nm LED light for 10 minutes, and heating up the print in 176°F oven for one hour. [ISO 10993-5] Properly cleaned and fully post cured SuperHDT prints pass ISO 10993-5 test. [Increase HDT by Adding SuperHDT] Adding SuperHDT to standard resins like SuperFast 8K, it will increase the HDT print substantially and it make the print hard and tough.
[User Guide #1 Remelting Resin] SuperHDT could be recrystallized during storage. If it is not clear, then warm the bottle at 140°F for an hour or 120°F for couple of hours, it will become clear and work perfectly.
[User Guide #2 Post-curing] HDT of print is measured after post-curing by 20mW/cm2 395nm ~ 405nm LED light for 10 minutes. If the curing light is weak, then extend the exposure time. Heating up the print in 176°F oven for one hour will enhance the mechanical properties and HDT.
[ISO 10993-5] Post-processed and cured SuperHDT has passed ISO 10993-5:2009.
