Description

OIL BASED INK — North Carolina Notary Stamp Pre-Inked carries oil-based ink from an internal reservoir, so a notary works one-handed while the other hand holds the document flat. IMPRESSION SIZE — North Carolina Notary Stamp Pre-Inked prints a 1-5/8 inches round mark on a single sheet. The format leaves room for a signature and date line on an acknowledgment page. OIL BASED SYSTEM — The reservoir meters oil-based ink to the die on each press. Impressions dry on contact, which keeps the mark smudge-free when pages are stacked immediately. FOR IMMEDIATE FILING — Loan signing agents, title company notaries, and bank branch staff work through stacks of documents. Instant-dry ink suits pages that go straight into a file. A notary working a closing table cannot stop to re-ink between documents. PACKED AND SENT — Contents: 1 stamp, 1 die cut to order from the details supplied at checkout. The internal reservoir is re-inkable, so the housing stays in service after the ink runs out. Remote online notarization falls outside what the stamp does. North Carolina Notary Stamp Pre-Inked uses oil-based ink from an internal reservoir, so a single press transfers the impression to the page. The die measures 1-5/8 inches round. The stamp prints on a single sheet of paper; carbon copy sets and multi-part forms do not take a clean impression.

The stamp offers oil-based ink that dries on contact. The internal reservoir is re-inkable, so the housing stays in service after the ink runs out. Each die is cut to order from the commission information supplied at checkout, so the impression reflects an active commission rather than a generic plate.

Loan signing agents, title company notaries, and bank branch staff in North Carolina choose the format for high-volume days. The stamp marks paper and has no application in electronic or remote online notarization. Confirm current seal requirements with the North Carolina Secretary of State before ordering.
