EASY INSTALLATION
Install on Wood:
1. Determine where the hook will be installed.
2. Pre-drill a hole in the wooden beam, it is recommended to use a drill bit smaller than 0.1". The depth of the hole is 1.2 inch.
3. Attach the screw to the bottom of the hook. With the hook in hand, screw the screw into the hole.

Install on Concrete(Use with expansion tube):
1. This requires you to first understand how to use the expansion bolt.
2. Determine where the hook will be installed.
3. Use a 6mm drill bit to drill a hole in the ceiling, put the expansion tube into the hole, and then screw the hook fitted with screws into the expansion tube.

Install on Drywall:
1. This requires you to first understand how to use the Toggle Wing
2. Determine where the hook will be installed.
3. Use a 15mm drill bit to drill a hole in the ceiling. Install Toggle Wing and long bolt together. Pinch Toggle Wing tightly with your fingers and put 1 into the hole.
4. Screw the other end of 1 into the hook base. Then turn the hook clockwise until the hook is fixed.
