A retired Assistant Principal/Vice Principal and teacher has used her experiences in schools to develop strategies for young people to implement in their daily lives to assist them to take responsibility for their learning after receiving high quality education from their teachers. Beverly Greene has tremendous experience in preparing students for external examination, such as Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE). Some of the greatest challenges encountering the 21st century schools are teaching students how to follow instructions, listening attentively during the teaching/learning process and being responsible. In "You Can Be Sucessful, Tips For Examination Students", Greene guides students on how they can be successful in internal and external examinations. Students will come to realize that to be successful in an examination is a process, which involves all stakeholders, and being responsible for their learning.
