Often compared to lobster, they’re naturally high in protein, low in fat, and generously sized. EASY, GOURMET MEAL IN MINUTES. Perfect for a quick, restaurant-quality meal, these tail-on shrimp arrive cleaned, peeled, deveined, and individually quick frozen in a protective ice glaze. Simply thaw overnight in the refrigerator, season lightly (we recommend lemon and garlic), and sauté. CAREFUL! DON’T OVERCOOK. Your shrimp take only 2-3 minutes to cook to perfection. While we recommend sautéing, you can also boil — just plunge them in ice water afterward to stop the cooking process.
