The 8 kHz option offers the greatest overlap with your current tweeter, whereas the 16 kHz option provides minimal overlap, focusing on the higher end of the frequency spectrum. The crossover slope is set at 12 dB/octave. Treble Adjust Knob: Too much of a good thing? Use the treble adjust to reduce the output of the Super Tweeter. This unit is built on the foundation of the DST technology, utilizing a larger size, higher efficiency, and more powerful AMT unit. Aperion Audio has introduced our newest HST-high sensitivity AMT super tweeter speaker, which utilizes the neodymium magnetic radial magnetic field (NRT) technology.
