Refractory Concrete Mix: Your Professional High-Temperature Building & Repair Solution(11 lb, 22 lb, 44 lb Packages Available)

⚠️ WARNING:Not suitable for use as a bricklaying mortar.  (If this is your intended use, please do not purchase.);

🔥 Engineered for Extreme Heat & Precision:
Our premium dry-mix refractory concrete is formulated for demanding high-temperature applications. It delivers durable, stable performance in furnaces, kilns, ovens, forges, and other thermal systems when installed and cured correctly.

✅ 3 Core Professional Applications:
Vibrocasting Custom Parts – Mold precise fireplace inserts, stove components, and custom refractory shapes.
Pouring Seamless Linings – Create monolithic linings for brickwork in kilns, furnaces, and industrial ovens.
Repairing Masonry – Restore cracks and gaps in pizza ovens, boilers, heaters, and existing refractory structures.

⚠️ Important Usage Notice:
NOT suitable for use as bricklaying mortar. Do not purchase if this is your intended use.
Critical Requirement: This concrete must undergo controlled heat treatment (drying + firing) according to instructions to achieve full strength and thermal stability.

📦 Product Composition:
Aluminium Oxide (Al₂O₃) ≤ 55.6%
Silicon Dioxide (SiO₂) ≤ 38.6%
Ferric Oxide (Fe₂O₃) ≤ 2.3%
K₂O / CaO / Na₂O / TiO₂ ≤ 3.5%

📝 Simplified Installation Guide:
1. Preparation:
Ensure tools are ready: forced-action mixer, immersion vibrator rod, molds, anchors, insulation.
Ideal working temperature: 10 °C to 30 °C (50 °F to 86 °F).

2. Mixing – Follow Carefully!
Dry Mix: Combine all dry material + the small binder bag. Mix 3–5 minutes.
⚠️Binder Must Be Proportionally Mixed: The included binder bag must be added at a 12% ratio by weight to the dry mix.
⚠️CRITICAL: Binder ratio = 12% of dry mix weight. Example: 1.32 lb binder per 11 lb dry mix. If not using full bag, you must add proportional binder (12% of remaining dry mix).
Wet Mix: Gradually add 8% clean water (by weight). Mix 5 minutes. Do not over-wet; adjust minimally if needed.

3. Pouring & Compaction:
Pour in layers ≤ 400 mm (15.7”) thick.
Vibrate immediately with immersion vibrator (plate vibrator for floors).

4. Demolding & Curing:
Demold after 24 hours.
Allow to cure naturally for 3–4 days.
Firing must begin between Day 4 and Day 15. Delayed firing reduces service life. Follow your kiln/furnace manufacturer’s heat-up schedule.

📦 Packaging Options:
11 lb bag – Ideal for small repairs and projects.
22 lb bag – Best for medium linings and casting.
44 lb bag – For large installations and commercial use.
