COMPLETE ROUTING KIT: Includes patented Flexroute rubber cable clamps and Cobra Low Profile nylon cable ties. Designed for quick installation on tubular frames and other suitable mounting surfaces to route cable, insulated wire, hose, and tubing. FLEXIBLE TPV RUBBER PROTECTION: Flexroute creates a secure, cushioned routing point that helps protect cable, insulated wire, hose, and tubing from pinching, kinking, abrasion, vibration, and shock. OUTDOOR DURABILITY: Molded from durable TPV rubber, Flexroute is resistant to UV, ozone and weathering with good chemical resistance for demanding indoor and outdoor routing applications. Made from durable TPV rubber, Flexroute provides a secure grip while cushioning and helping protect routed lines from pinching, kinking, abrasion, vibration, and shock. The material is resistant to UV, ozone, and weathering and offers good chemical resistance.

Flexroute can be installed around existing routed and connected lines without disconnecting or disassembling the system. It installs with standard-width cable ties, and a Cobra Low Profile nylon cable tie is supplied for installation. When using an alternate tie, select one with ratings appropriate for the application and environment.

The 55 lb loop tensile rating applies to the supplied Cobra cable tie only and does not establish a load rating for the Flexroute clamp or completed installation.

Operating range with the supplied tie: -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C).
