George Pointer hails from Oak Cliff, Texas. He was raised in Dallas and started working at the tender age of 13. Through hard work and determination, George built a great career starting from bus boy to general manager and was well received by his peers. George always had a knack for entertaining people. He hosted and produced several entertainment events around the metroplex. The Church Is In Trouble was originally written in 2010 detailing the mischief antics of certain preachers, parishioners disclosing their greed, corruption and mistreatment of the church’s members for self-benefit. It has been translated into five different languages to date and will soon be staged as a stage play. In 2015, he started another project titled “The Most Devastating Secrets” discussing some of the most shocking secrets of individuals he has come across — in anonymity of course. George did his first play based on his book “We All Have Secrets” in Marshall, Texas all while planning to bring the stage play to Dallas in the near future. In conclusion, this is only the beginning of his ability to tell stories. Pointer thinks there can be a great meaning by bringing people together and that’s exactly what he’s doing with each story.
