Description

Leander Holt is a wealthy, celebrated author living under the weight of a childhood tragedy he has never escaped. Years ago, during a family trip, his younger brother Luca was abducted—and Leander has never forgiven himself for failing to protect him. The guilt has followed him into adulthood, shaping every part of his life. So when HIS FRIENDS, popular livestreamers discover a starving, Emaciated man chained in the basement of an abandoned house, they believe they’ve uncovered a long-lost kidnapping victim. But when Leander sees the man for himself, he recognizes him instantly. It’s Luca. Elated, he brings him home, blind to the unsettling strangeness in Luca's eyes, movements, and silence. What follows is not a reunion, but the unearthing of a nightmare.
