Glenda Hodges-Cook studied Theravada Buddhism under major Western teachers, including Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, Joseph Goldstein, and others, and founded the Louisville Vipassana Community, one of the largest sanghas in the midwestern United States. This collection of her dharma talks speaks honestly and with compelling grace about living the dharma in today’s unpredictable American social climate. Through her words, the strength of the Buddha’s teachings becomes evident, offering a calm path through tumultuous times and relaxing a restless mind.
